We have an exciting new opportunity for a Performance & Delivery Lead to join on a growing team on a permanent contract, based in Luton! (Hybrid Working)

As a technology team, we are at the centre of the enormous growth ambition for easyJet Holidays. There is a huge portfolio of change planned to achieve our objectives and become the leader in our industry. This role forms part of the Delivery capability within our Technology team, working closely with our digital product teams and 3rd party suppliers as part of our Digital Factory, essentially being the interface between business and technology.


This role reports into the Head of Product Delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and monitorKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)to track and improve product team performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and collaborate with teams and cross-functional groups to enhanceAgile adoptionand deliver high-performing results.
  • Drive a culture ofcontinuous improvementthrough Agile coaching, helping teams adopt and refine practices.
  • Assist teams in selecting and adapting Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, based on team dynamics and organizational needs.
  • Establish and promotebest practicesfor Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, focusing on accountability and goal achievement.
  • Act as a Scrum Master or Delivery Leadfor product teams when required, stepping in to facilitate Agile delivery, resolve roadblocks, and maintain team alignment.
  • Support teams in definingacceptance criteria,Definition of Done (DoD),Definition of Ready (DoR), and refining stories for effective planning.
  • Organize and facilitateScrum of Scrumsto coordinate inter-team dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify potential risks, encouraging proactiverisk managementand resolution.
  • Analyse workflows to implementprocess improvementsthat enhance efficiency and delivery speed.
  • Ensure use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) aligns withorganizational standards and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships, includingvendor assessment,SOWs and PO management, and governance practices, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
  • Supportorganizational change managementand thescaling of Agile practicesacross teams.
  • Facilitate team onboarding processes and providetrainingon Agile tools and practices.
  • Support engineering teams by improvingproductivity metrics, measuring Agile maturity, and driving actionable insights.
  • Stay current with the latestAgile trendsand integrate best practices into coaching and operational strategies.
