Performance Analyst focusing on the HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) project within our Customer Vehicle Team. This is a fixed term role until March 2027. What you'll do You'll lead the delivery of the HVO project within our Customer Vehicle Team, an important part of Scottish Water's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. You'll coordinate across teams, manage timelines, and make sure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.You'll dive into the data - analysing performance, spotting trends, and keeping an eye on how we're performing against key frameworks, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. You'll turn that information into clear reports and insights that help drive good decisions and continuous improvement.You'll be at the heart of promoting the use of HVO across our operational teams, helping colleagues understand its value and making it easy to adopt. Along the way, you'll work closely with internal and external partners to make sure the project delivers what it sets out to achieve.Behind the scenes, you'll manage large and sometimes complex data sets from fleet management and corporate systems, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and ready for reporting. What you'll need You'll have solid experience in project management, ideally from a technical, operational, or sustainability-focused environment. You'll be confident using data to tell a story, with experience analysing large data sets and creating reports that drive performance.You'll be great at communicating with different people and working collaboratively across teams. You'll be comfortable influencing and engaging others, especially when introducing new initiatives.If you've worked on fleet, transport, or sustainability projects before, even better. Experience with compliance or regulatory frameworks would also be a plus.Most of all, you'll be proactive, organised, and driven by making things better. You'll enjoy using your analytical skills to help make real-world improvements for our customers, our teams, and the environment. The not-so-small print This role will be a Grade 6. If you're new to Scottish Water, you'll join us on a starting salary of £36,410. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £46,990.This role will be based in Central Scotland.
