People Support Partner - Hybrid, Wellbeing & ER Lead

Sigma 3 Kitchens is seeking a part-time People Support Partner (3-4 days per week) to support colleagues across employee relations, absence management, wellbeing and engagement, and to work with managers to maintain a healthy, productive workforce.

Essential: CIPD Level 5, Full UK Driving Licence, proven ER experience and knowledge of UK employment law. Desirable: manufacturing/retail exposure. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 FTE, with hybrid working and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
