Description
- Must be experienced in taking minutes as will be examined on it during interview process.
- Coordinate and manage safeguarding documentation and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for safeguarding meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for safeguarding-related queries and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for safeguarding purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support safeguarding initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding regulations and best practices.
- Support the team in delivering training and awareness sessions on safeguarding topics.
Profile
A successful People Support Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Minute taking experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
