People Strategy Partner, Data Center Operations

Google's People Operations team is seeking a Share HR People Consultant for the Data Center to help leaders make data-driven people decisions, coach teams, resolve employee relations issues, and manage programs that develop Googlers.

You will partner with the UK HR team to implement a cohesive DC people strategy, oversee shift-based workforces, and ensure compliance with UK labour laws while championing Google's culture and values.
