People Strategy Partner - 11-Month Contract

Stripe is seeking a People Consultant on a fixed-term 11 month contract in Ireland. You will partner with leaders and managers across the company to design and implement systems, processes, and programs that help people succeed and feel included.

You will advise on people policies, facilitate key programs, and analyze health trends to inform strategy. A background in HR, strong communication, and knowledge of UK & Ireland employment laws are essential.
