People Strategy & Operations Lead (Hybrid London)

Deducta is a fast-growing startup delivering data intelligence to global enterprises. We seek a Strategy & Operations - People Lead to shape how we hire, onboard, train, and evaluate our team as we scale.

You will report to the Chief of Staff and turn people needs into scalable processes with minimal founder intervention. You will own the hiring engine, build performance and onboarding programs, and partner with leaders to align culture, compensation, and HR operations.
