Peterborough College is seeking a proactive People Services Operations Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for staff, managers and visitors, delivering a professional, friendly service while supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development.

The role also involves maintaining staff records, monitoring training and CPD, and assisting with wider employee lifecycle processes. A supportive environment and opportunities for development are provided.
