People Services Advisor: HR Generalist (Onsite, London)

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a People Services Advisor to join its Head Office team in Colliers Wood. You will provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and colleagues in a busy, multi-site environment.

You will handle employee relations, absence management, investigations, onboarding, and reporting while contributing to HR process improvements. This role is office-based in Colliers Wood with a 37.5-hour week.
