OverviewYou will oversee the delivery of a wide range of people project activity associated with major business change programmes, operating model, organisation design, performance and talent management projects and activities.
This role blends knowledge of people process, policy and best practice with a strong understanding of project, agile and change management disciplines.
Other responsibilities include:
- Core HR operations
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement
- Experience as a people partner and project/ change management
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- Confidence to influence and challenge colleagues at all levels effectively
- Displays resilience and acts with confidence and gravitas to make things happen
- Innovative thinker, curious, champions continuous improvement and efficiencies in ways of working
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Advocate for championing simplicity and business improvement, supporting other business functions, working with People Services, COE's and line to implement more efficient ways of working
- Utilise MI and data to spot trends and proactively improve operational performance and insight to the Lead Strategic People Partners
- Collaborate to share best practice and promote a joined up approach to delivering people strategy
- Continuously support leadership to drive culture, values and behaviours across the business
We are creating a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area may have additional requirements that may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
