Central London (hybrid)
12 week contract 35 hours per week (part time considered)
£30.86-£34.48 per hour PAYE
The Opportunity
A great short term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead innovative people policy and project work within a collaborative People & Organisational Development team. You'll help shape the employee experience, ensure policies are progressive and compliant, and drive improvements across people processes and services. The role is hybrid, with a Central London base preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Policy development - Review, update and embed employment policies and procedures.
- Lead and contribute to people focused projects that enhance the employee journey.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practice.
- Benchmark policies and conduct research to ensure innovation and sector alignment.
- Develop training materials, toolkits and communications to support policy rollout.
- Analyse and streamline people processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- HR generalist experience with strong policy development skills
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Proven project management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
