People Partner: Industrial Relations & Union Engagement

MAG, Manchester Airports Group, is seeking an IR People Partner to act as a trusted advisor, building strong Trade Union relationships and delivering expert guidance on industrial relations and employment law.

You will lead engagement, support consultation activities, and ensure fair, consistent people practices aligned with legislation and business priorities across MAG's multi-site organisation.
