People Partner: ER Expert & Union Relations (On-site)

Huntress is recruiting a People Partner located in Ashford, Kent. This role involves advising on Employee Relations and working with trade unions, providing HR guidance, and designing training policies.

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have strong experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on Employee Relations. This position offers the opportunity to influence workplace culture and work on-site four days per week.
