People Partner (ER & Training) - Hybrid Role + Car Allowance

SGN is seeking a proactive People Partner to foster a positive employee relations climate, advising managers, improving engagement and business performance across the SGN patch. You will lead on ER cases, deliver training and coaching, and contribute to People projects and talent development.

You will provide vital support to Senior People Partners and partner with operations across South England and Scotland, travelling between sites with a 4 days office/Depot based pattern and one remote day.
