People Partner, Consumer Channels Leader

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a People Partner for the Consumer Channels team in Bristol (with options for other locations). The role partners senior business leaders, translating priorities into a practical people plan and leading in workforce design, talent and culture initiatives.

You'll work in a hybrid model, spend time with P&P colleagues, and influence across digital, telephony and face-to-face services while shaping the organisation design and leadership practices to drive customer
