Job Description
About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with leaders and managers across the Clifton College Education Group, providing expert guidance and practical support on a broad range of people matters.

You will be a credible and approachable HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping others succeed.

You will act as a trusted adviser, supporting the delivery of our People service through:

  • Business partnering and stakeholder engagement
  • Employee relations and case management
  • Recruitment and workforce planning
  • Organisational development and change initiatives
  • Leadership and management development
  • Employee engagement and wellbeing activities
  • Policy development and continuous improvement projects

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operational HR expertise with strategic people partnering. You will have the opportunity to influence decision making, support team development and contribute to the fostering of an inclusive and positive working culture.

It is an exciting time to join the organisation, with a new Executive Head joining in September 2026. This marks a pivotal moment in the Group's history as we continue to raise standards across all areas of our work.
