Your Impact as People Operations Specialist
  • Build Scalable People Systems: Design and implement HR processes, policies, and systems that support rapid growth while maintaining our collaborative culture.
  • Own Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, performance management, career development, and off-boarding processes to ensure exceptional employee experiences.
  • Drive Learning & Development: Partner with teams to identify skill gaps and coordinate our £6,000 annual training budget, managing conference attendance and professional development initiatives.
  • Champion Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that strengthen our purpose-driven culture, including team socials, recognition programmes, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure Compliance Excellence: Maintain robust HR compliance across employment law, security clearance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead People Analytics: Use data to inform people decisions, tracking key metrics like retention, engagement, and performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Innovation and Change: Manage change and drive innovation in People Operations to ensure continuous improvement and drive organisational change.

Role Requirements People Operations Expertise
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in people operations, HR business partnering, or similar roles, ideally in tech, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, people analytics, and process automation.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable people processes.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle from onboarding through to alumni relations.
Strategic Partnership
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to partner effectively with teams.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organisations through scaling challenges.
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple people initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
Culture & Development Focus
  • Understanding of modern workplace trends including hybrid working, employee engagement, and AI.
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, training sessions, and culture-building activities.
  • Proven ability to create and embed culture playbooks, ways of working frameworks, and organisational rituals that scale.
Technical Understanding
  • Familiarity with tech industry practices and the unique needs of technical talent.
  • Understanding of consulting environments and client-facing professional development.
  • Experience with security clearance processes and government sector requirements is advantageous.
  • Comfort with data analysis and using metrics to drive people decisions.
