People Operations Specialist - UK & EMEA HR & Payroll

Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC is seeking a People Operations Specialist based in London to support 2,000+ employees across the UK and EMEA. You will manage onboarding, payroll data, visa and immigration support, and cross functional HR projects to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

You will partner with external vendors, maintain HRIS data, and contribute to payroll validation and monthly operations while staying current on UK employment law.
