People Operations Specialist - Global Onboarding

Lawhive, a global AI-native law firm, seeks a People Operations Associate to support UK/US employee experiences across the lifecycle. You will help build scalable, people-first processes and work closely with a small People team to own onboarding, lifecycle admin, payroll support, and engagement initiatives.

You'll join a hands-on team with exposure to HR projects end to end and opportunities to drive improvements in our evolving policies and tools.
