People Operations Associate: HRIS, Payroll & Onboarding

Quantum Motion in London is seeking an exceptional People Operations Assistant for an initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract to own the day-to-day lifecycle engine and operational delivery for our teams.

You will manage onboarding, background checks, immigration compliance, contract variations, payroll inputs, and maintain Personio as the single source of truth, with a focus on automation to reduce manual work.
