People Generalist: HR, Recruitment & Onboarding (Healthcare)

Personal Homecare Pharmacy is seeking a People Generalist to join our growing People team in Leicester, with a move to Wigston in January 2027. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement, reporting to the Head of People.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, advise managers on HR matters, manage HRIS data and payroll changes, and help shape people policies in a digital-first homecare provider. Hybrid work and development opportunities are offered.
