People Generalist - HR Admin & Onboarding (Hybrid, Perks)

Future plc in Bath is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own HRIS administration and admin tasks across onboarding, offboarding and internal moves. Youll partner with the People & Culture team to ensure accurate Dayforce data and efficient HR processes.

This hybrid role offers £26,500-£32,000, two days per week at the Bath office, plus uncapped leave, profit share, referral rewards, wellbeing support and an Employee Share Plan.
