People-First Service Manager (Autism & LD)

Secosupport is seeking a Service Manager in Swindon to manage the day-to-day operations of support for a 19-year-old named Nasim. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to tailored individual support.

The Service Manager will provide direct support to Nasim, manage staff training, and ensure adherence to CQC standards.
