Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certification in Human Resources Management.
- 9 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related generalist role.
- 3 years of experience in labor law compliance across three or more international jurisdictions.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) analytics to identify trends and present insights to leadership.
- 5 years of experience in EMEA or APAC employment law, including resolving complex, high-risk employee relations cases across these specific jurisdictions.
- 4 years of experience in a technology or Research and Development (R&D) organization during a period of 20% or greater year-over-year headcount growth or through an organizational scale-up phase.
- 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams in a global environment.
- Ability to implement AI-driven tools or automated workflows to enhance people's operations efficiency.

Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a high-performing Partner Experience and Delivery (PXD) team across EMEA and APAC, managing strategic planning, prioritization, and localized operational support.
- Act as a partner to leaders, providing expert consultation on complex people matters and implementing scalable strategies to enhance manager capability.
- Standardize global processes and service levels by establishing centralized knowledge hubs and leveraging AI-first solutions to drive regional efficiency.
- Own regional workforce analytics, including attrition and performance trends translating raw data into actionable interventions that improve organizational health and team dynamics.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle and regional operations, ensuring strict legal compliance and a high-quality, innovative culture across all key locations.
