People Excellence Partner 12-Month Contract Waterford Hybrid

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking an experienced People Excellence Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.This role will partner closely with business leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, organisational change, talent initiatives, and people strategy execution within a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders on a range of people-related matters
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention activities
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
• Support talent, succession planning, and leadership development programmes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver an excellent employee experience

Requirements:

• Significant HR experience within a multinational environment
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
• Experience managing complex people matters and organisational changeExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
