As aPeople Data Partner, you will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders across the BGUK market unit to enable data-driven decisions. This entails transforming complex data insights into compelling narratives that inspire actionable steps. You will understand the context of the business line and translate that into insightful outputs that help the business move forward.

You will collaborate with and leverage the team's business intelligence capabilities and statistical analysis to extract valuable insights and discover opportunities to support the business units. Additionally, you will work to ensure that all visualisations and communications are compliant with applicable controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities

As a People Data Partner , you will:

Demonstrate strong numerical and problem solving abilities to analyse and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable reccoendations for business improvement

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and data quality, implementing data validation processes to ensure compliance

Collaborate well with others and can work across teams, networks and communities to generate new ideas and deliver new innovative reporting solutions

Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences

Proficency in data visualisation tools and techniques to create clear and compelling presentations

Active learner and consistently look for new skills, tools and techniques to deliver across the business (i.e. Power BI communities)

Proactive at ensuring the customers' needs are met within reporting solutions, ensuring solutions are robust and user friendly

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will need:

Experience within People Analytics, with the ability and desire to become an acknowledged SME in storytelling across the entire employee lifecycle (i.e. from recruitment through to termination)

Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a stakeholder

Experience in extracting data from multiple sources and combining into a single source of truth using tools such as Power Query, Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio

Confident in requirements gathering, data manipulation and advanced visualisation to enable storytelling within Power BI

An interest and affinity towards automation and how technology can enable reporting process and be used to create experiences

Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex reporting solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-management and prioritisation skills - able to break down complex activities, plan and deliver

A strong sense of passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome
