The Opportunity

Join a global professional services firm's People function, turning complex HR and L&D data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. You'll develop dashboards and reporting in a collaborative, client focused culture that values personal leadership and authentic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with People & L&D teams to scope and deliver reporting solutions
Build and maintain PowerBI/Excel dashboards and BAU reports
Produce adhoc analytics for surveys, audits and client pitches
Translate data into compelling stories and executive ready visuals
Champion data quality, governance and GDPR compliant practices
