People Change and Policy Lead

Responsibilities- Lead the Solus people change and integration agenda across all sites.
- Own the design and delivery of organisation design, cultural change, capability uplift and workforce transformation programmes.
- Set and govern the full HR policy framework, ensuring clarity, legal compliance and colleague centred guidance.
- Partner with ER, Legal, Risk and senior leaders to manage complex cases, consultation activity and policy escalations.
- Drive inclusive practices across all change and policy work, championing accessibility, fairness and equity.
- Build capability in leaders and HR colleagues, supporting them to deliver consistent, high quality change and policy outcomes.
- Maintain strong governance, controls and audit readiness across all people change and policy processes.
- Use people analytics, case trends and engagement insight to shape continuous improvement and forward planning.
- Experience within the motor industry or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law, UK GDPR, ACAS guidance and consultation/ER frameworks.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) desired; Legal or ER background advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience leading policy, consultation and large scale change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder influence up to senior leadership level.
- Clear, plain communication and skilled judgement in sensitive or high risk people matters.
- A data led approach with confidence using analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
- Some remote UK travel - Driving Licence required
