People Business Partner: Remote-First HR & Engagement Leader

i6 is a remote first company with offices in Farnborough and Manchester. We are hiring a People Business Partner to drive alignment of people operations, total rewards, and business objectives during growth.

You will partner with leadership to embed EDI and cultivate a high performance culture across a remote first workforce. You will lead communications, feedback loops, and change initiatives, coaching managers and supporting organisational design as we scale globally.
