What will you do?
- Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions.
- Support organizational change and development, using data and insight to inform decisions.
- Coach and guide managers on employee relations, ensuring fairness and best practice.
- Champion learning and development, helping our people grow and succeed.

What we're looking for:
Someone who's proactive, people-focused, and ready to make a difference. You'll need strong HR experience, great communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating a positive workplace. A Level 3 CIPD qualification is essential, and a Level 5 CIPD qualification (or willingness to undertake this in post) is highly desirable.
