OpportunityAs a People Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, supporting decision making, improving people performance, and driving positive change.
This is not a traditional HR role focused solely on policy and compliance. You'll play a key role in helping the business build stronger leadership capability, improve employee experience, and implement scalable people practices that support future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with managers and leaders across the business.
- Manage employee relations matters including:
- Absence
- Conduct
- Capability
- Grievance
- Disciplinary
- Probation
- Performance management
- Coach managers through challenging people situations.
- Support business change and transformation projects.
- Improve and streamline people processes.
- Assist with HR system implementation and adoption.
- Analyse people data and identify trends.
- Create practical management guidance and toolkits.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the People function.
You'll already be operating in one of the following roles:
- People Business Partner
- HR Business Partner
- Senior HR Advisor
- Senior People Advisor
You'll have:
- Strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Significant employee relations experience.
- Experience coaching managers.
- A pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
- Experience working within a fast paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
