About Us

Foundation Partners - a consultancy working with some of the world's most exciting tech companies on all things people + culture. We help build a world-class People, Culture & HR operation to tackle the challenges of scaling a business and driving performance. We offer a blended service with strategic and day-to-day support to build an exceptional business.

We are a small but mighty team of 9, with backgrounds in commercial, people + culture, VC and consulting. We have ambitious plans for growth, and we're hiring for this exciting and progressive role.

We are part of Amplified - the people services group that supports technology companies from inception to IPO.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to lay the foundations for a career in People + Culture as you'll understand and work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle on multiple clients.

You'll likely be in the early stages of a People + Culture career, or have a couple of years of early consulting experience and enjoy client delivery. Alternatively, you may be transitioning from a related field. This role is exciting in terms of remit - you'll work across multiple clients, from tech and fintech to life sciences and venture capital.

There'll be opportunities for progression and development; you will be learning quickly. We plan to scale our team of client partners rapidly, which means opportunities to move into roles with more ownership and client exposure as you develop.

  • Research and information gathering to support client work
  • Talent, including recruitment process support and light touch sourcing
  • Running user testing on new content and making changes
  • Running behind-the-scenes planning and logistics for longer-term programmes, such as managing materials and communications for the Leadership Unleashed programme

Secondly, supporting the success and growth of Foundation Partners and Amplified. This will include:

  • Supporting the internal team with day-to-day business operations - preparing proposals, organizing and managing tools and systems, supporting internal activities such as offsites
  • Visual design - creating handbooks, playbooks, guidance and templates for our clients
  • Supporting the creation and promotion of marketing materials to improve reach
  • Managing and analysing data from client People Experience Surveys
The skills and experience you need

  • Experience in a people team, business operations team or consulting in a scaling environment, with exposure across the full people and talent employee cycle
  • Structured thinker who can turn complex concepts into clear content
  • Data analysis skills with comfort in large datasets (e.g., Excel)
  • Familiarity with tools and systems used in tech start-up environments such as G-Suite, Miro, Notion

  • Comfort with variety and context switching across multiple workstreams
  • Focused on speedy impact, able to shape briefs and deliver with pace
