People and Performance Officer - Poole (site based)

Overview of Role

We are seeking a People and Performance Officer to join our team at Ryvita in Poole. This is a full-time, site-based role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of supporting the full employee life cycle and providing advisory support to our business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing effective People administration support
  2. Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
  3. Managing communication channels
  4. Generating reports and analysis
  5. Supporting business-wide projects

We are looking for someone who can start immediately or is willing to wait for the right candidate.
