About you- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Learning & Development environment
- Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and project management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- CIPD Associate Membership or similar HR qualification is desirable
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Knowledge of industry trends such as AI tools, microlearning, and digital learning solutions
- Lead the delivery of the organisation's annual Training Calendar, ensuring effective evaluation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to identify development needs and design tailored learning solutions
- Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring value for money and quality standards
- Support the delivery and reporting of management development programmes, graduate schemes, and induction initiatives
- Develop analytics and reports to track training uptake, effectiveness, and impact, offering strategic insights
- Coordinate the group-wide performance management system, ensuring timely completion and system optimisation
- Oversee the training budget, monitor spend, and prepare business cases supporting learning initiatives
- Support compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting
