Job Description

Slalom is seeking a People Business Partner to support our UK & Ireland business on a 7-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with leaders and the global people team to champion culture, align business objectives to people programs, and drive end-of-year cycles.

You will coach leaders, lead HR cyclical processes, and use data to inform decisions in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial matrix environment. Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills required.
