People & Culture Partner - Hybrid, Impact & Growth

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to partner with managers across retail, operations and head office. You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on the full employee lifecycle and help shape our People practices.

Reporting to the Head of People, the role offers hybrid working (1-2 days in Goring-by-Sea) with flexibility to visit our retail network. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred and payroll support experience is a bonus.
