People & Culture Manager - UK HR Leader (Hybrid)

Sirius-Search is seeking a People & Culture Manager for the Walsall site and UK operations. This permanent, full-time hybrid role leads HR across the region and reports to the Operations Director with a dotted line to the Global People & Culture Director.

You will own the full people agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and policy compliance, while partnering with regional leaders to enable growth and international alignment.
