  • Ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to employee relations, including coaching and upskilling managers in line with local employment legislation

  • Identifying training and development needs and supporting delivery of targeted interventions
  • Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment activity and acting as a key interface with external agencies
  • Leading on succession planning and talent mapping to support long-term organisational capability
  • Contributing to wider business projects and providing hands on support where required

We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional with a strong generalist background and proven experience operating within complex environments, experienced in TUPE and change. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of employment law and the confidence to operate autonomously (Stand-Alone) while influencing at senior level.

What you will bring
  • A strong track record in employee relations and stakeholder management
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and operate with impact from day one
  • A resilient, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

You will have a London base but will only be required in the office once per month. Some international travel could be involved if this works for a suitable candidate, but it can also be managed remotely.
