People & Culture Adviser - Hybrid (Fareham)

TC Group is a growing UK professional services firm seeking a People & Culture Adviser to join our Fareham central team. You'll provide practical HR advice to managers and Partners, handling a varied employee relations caseload and driving positive people outcomes.

You'll gain exposure to performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, DSAR processes, employee engagement initiatives and broader People & Culture projects as part of a busy advisory function.
