People & Culture Manager

(UK Based - Remote) - £55-75K

Lead People. Shape Culture. Drive Impact.

Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic marketing agency partnering with some of the most exciting and disruptive D2C brands in the market. With ambitious growth plans and a fully remote team, they're building something special - and culture sits at the heart of it.

They're now looking for a strategic and hands-on People & Culture Manager to elevate their people function and support their next stage of growth.

If you're a CIPD-qualified HR professional with proven experience managing a remote workforce, this could be your perfect next step.

The Role

As People & Culture Manager, you'll own the full employee life cycle - from attracting top talent to developing high-performing teams and cultivating a culture where people thrive.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape and deliver a people strategy that supports rapid growth, strengthens engagement, and ensures best-in-class HR practices across a remote-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to business goals
  • Manage and support a fully remote workforce, fostering connection, accountability, and performance
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive culture initiatives
  • Lead performance management, empowering managers to deliver impactful feedback
  • Design and roll out learning and development initiatives that drive growth
  • Oversee HR compliance, policies, and best practice standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all people matters

What We're Looking For

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
  • 7+ years' progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a remote or hybrid workforce
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice and UK employment legislation
  • Commercially aware, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable

Why Join?

  • Be part of a high-growth agency working with exciting D2C brands
  • Shape culture in a scaling, remote-first organisation
  • Work closely with ambitious, entrepreneurial leadership
  • Make a real impact on people, performance, and growth

If you're ready to build a culture that matches bold ambition, we'd love to hear from you.
