A snapshot of your peer group:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or related consulting roles
- Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions across leadership, management, and professional & behavioural capability areas
- Experience delivering large-scale, blended learning programmes, including instructor-led, digital and pathway-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic L&D advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape capability strategies aligned to organisational and workforce priorities
- Experience delivering learning solutions across a broad range of skills areas (e.g. leadership, communication, innovation, problem solving, project management)
- Experience in entrepreneurship, enterprise development or accelerator-style programmes, supporting organisations in areas such as innovation, financing, commercialisation and scaling growth
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality learner experiences across diverse audiences
- Experience applying learning evaluation and measurement approaches, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
- Lead the delivery of major consulting engagements in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development, managing complex challenges and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions
- Act as a strategic L&D partner, advising clients on capability development, skills strategy and learning investment priorities in line with organisational goals
- Design and deliver structured learning solutions including instructor-led training, digital learning and blended programmes to build leadership, professional and behavioural skills at scale
- Develop and deliver entrepreneurship and enterprise-focused learning programmes, supporting leaders and organisations in areas such as innovation, access to finance, commercialisation and scaling growth-stage businesses
- Lead high-quality facilitation and ensure a consistent, engaging learner experience across programmes
- Work with complex data to assess capability needs, measure learning impact and support continuous improvement (e.g. using recognised evaluation frameworks)
- Collaborate with clients to identify current and future capability requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and evolving organisational needs
- Contribute to the development of KPMG's L&D offering, bringing external insights, thought leadership and innovation in learning design and delivery
