People Analytics Lead - Insight, AI & Workforce Strategy

Robertson is seeking a People Insights and Analytics Lead in Stirling with hybrid working options. You will lead the People Insights & Analytics activity, driving high-quality analytics, dashboards and MI reporting to inform workforce planning and business strategy.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, champion data literacy, and guide the team in predictive analytics and AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting and decision-making.
