People Advisor (Hybrid HR & Compliance)

Carr's Billington Agriculture is seeking a proactive People professional to join our Head Office in Carlisle. You will support the Head of People and People Manager, providing first-line guidance on day-to-day people matters and ensuring compliance with employment law and internal processes.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with managers on people practices, support recruitment and onboarding, manage performance processes, and maintain accurate data for business insight.
