People Advisor: HR Partner & Employee Relations Expert

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking a People Advisor to deliver proactive HR support across Head Office functions. You'll own Employee Relations casework, advise managers, and partner with Payroll and HR Administration to ensure a seamless employee experience.

You'll also drive engagement, support data-driven decisions, and help implement people initiatives in a fast-paced environment at THG's Manchester HQ.
