As a People Advisor - ER you'll provide advice and guidance on highly complex employee relations matters in alignment with Company Policy and relevant employment legislation to line managers. Your responsibilities will encompass the full range of ER cases, including early resolution, conflict, misconduct, health and wellbeing, capability, reorganisation, and ACAS/Employment Tribunal cases. You'll deliver services and processes in accordance with agreed policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements and accurately log all activities on the case management system to ensure transparency, record keeping and accurate data.
What will make you successful in the role?You'll have (or be working towards) a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have extensive experience of managing complex ER matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary cases, bullying & harassment, performance management, absence, and redundancy. You'll possess a strong understanding of employment law and ACAS codes, with a proven ability to manage cases end to end with a strategic and risk assessment focus. A track record of success in high volume, fast paced environments, consistently meeting SLAs and delivering impactful outcomes, is essential. You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet SLAs.
