Post Title: People Administrator (Recruitment & Selection) Contract: Permanent Salary: Grade 3 (£25,949 - £25,989) Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week Location: Headquarters (agile working with some home working possible).
We are seeking a People Administrator to support the People Officer (Recruitment & Selection) in delivering a high quality, efficient, and customer focused recruitment service to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a wide range of recruitment and selection administration activities across internal and external processes, including right to work checks for all new employees and ensuring compliance with governing policy and legislation.
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and people function colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
- Respond to recruitment related queries, providing a professional and customer focused service at all times.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, in line with deadlines, KPIs and People policies.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Good understanding of people processes, particularly within recruitment and selection.
- Proven experience of working with administrative procedures and systems to deliver a high quality, transactional HR service.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment, working collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Demonstrated flexibility, organization and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and team objectives.
- 28 days annual leave (pro rated) plus Bank Holidays, increasing to a maximum of 37 days per year.
