Location: Harlow Bros Long Whatton, Hathern Road, Long Whatton, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 5DE.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours - 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our team at Long Whatton. We are looking for a someone to provide support for the People Team, specifically the Senior People Advisor by assisting with the day to day running of the department.
What you'll be doing as a People Administrator- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, contract changes)
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including Posting job adverts and issuing offer documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g. Healthbox HR, Talos360)
- Prepare monthly reports in line with deadlines
- Act as a first point of contact for general People queries
- Support absence tracking and ensure return to work processes are completed
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes (e.g. disciplinary and grievance documentation)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Strong Attention to detail
Confident using Phones to communicate with managers and employees
Experience with Microsoft (excel, word ect)
