Pensions Payroll Team Lead - Hybrid Role

Willis Towers Watson in Redhill is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join our hybrid- working payroll team. You will manage a team of Payroll Administrators and Senior Payroll Administrators and ensure monthly payroll tasks for several UK employers are completed accurately and on time.

You will maintain and develop expertise in pensioner payroll, stay compliant with HMRC rules and internal procedures, and drive efficiency through process improvements.
