Are you an experienced pensions professional with a strong background in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes? We're looking for a skilled Pensions Calculation Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality pension calculations and services.
In this role, you'll lead and oversee complex DB pension calculations, ensuring compliance with scheme rules and regulatory requirements. You'll manage a team of analysts, provide technical guidance, and act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of pension calculations, including retirements, transfers, deaths, and benefit projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review Defined Benefit pension calculations for accuracy and consistency
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of pension calculation specialists
