Pension Operations Team Lead - Hybrid (12-Month Contract)

Barnett Waddingham is seeking a Team Leader to join our Pension Administration team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working with base in London, Amersham, or Guildford, and the opportunity to lead a growing team delivering high-quality pension administration services.

You will take overall responsibility for workload and member service, monitor performance against SLAs, conduct regular one-to-one discussions and PDRs, contribute to recruitment, and coach staff to meet
